Call to order and note of attendance

The mission of the Youth Council is to build and support a regional workforce system while the vision is to maximize the opportunities for San Diego County's youth to develop and achieve their potential.

PUBLIC COMMENT:
Members of the public shall have the opportunity to address the Youth Council
only on issues on this agenda. Time allotted to each speaker is determined by the Chairman. However, comments are generally limited to no more than three (3) minutes total per subject, regardless of the number of those wishing to speak. Anyone desiring to address the Board under “Public Comment” must submit a “Request to Speak” form prior to the meeting.

A special meeting of the Executive Committee may be called if there is not a quorum of the full Youth Council. If this should occur, please note that public comment will be limited to items already listed on the Agenda.
