Monitoring Services
Request for Proposals 2008/2009

The San Diego Workforce Partnership, Inc. is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified respondents for monitoring services.  These services are to ensure compliance by the Workforce Partnership and its service providers with all pertinent federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  The monitoring will cover all aspects of programmatic and fiscal activities, administrative systems, and management practices.  Those interested and qualified are invited to submit a proposal as instructed in the RFP. 

The monitoring of service providers will comply with the State of California Employment Development Department's (EDD) requirements outlined in EDD directive #WIAD00-7, "Standards for Oversight and Instructions for Substate Monitoring", which can be accessed at www.edd.cahwnet.gov/wiarep/wiad00-7.pdf.

Respondent Orientation
An optional Respondent's Orientation will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2008, 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the San Diego Workforce Partnership, 3910 University Avenue, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92105.

Q&A
Potential bidders may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to:  monitoringservicesrfp@workforce.org.  All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 P.M. DST, Wednesday, May 14, 2008.  The last day the Workforce Partnership will post answers to RFP questions will be Monday, May 19, 2008.

Request for Qualifications
