Operations Manual

The Operations Manual brings together the detailed requirements, instructions and guidelines for performance of contracts with the San Diego Workforce Partnership, Inc. (Workforce Partnership). The purpose of the Operations Manual is to assist One-Stop Operators and Managers and contracted Service Providers to successfully fulfill contracts and comply with appropriate requirements and standards set forth by the Workforce Partnership.

The purpose of these issuances is to promptly provide to One-Stop Operators, Adult and Youth Program Service Providers any changes, updates and/or information related to the operation of Workforce Partnership-funded programs.
