The Operations Manual brings together the detailed requirements, instructions and guidelines for performance of contracts with the San Diego Workforce Partnership, Inc. (Workforce Partnership). The purpose of the Operations Manual is to assist One-Stop Operators and Managers and contracted Service Providers to successfully fulfill contracts and comply with appropriate requirements and standards set forth by the Workforce Partnership.
