In addition to the usual array of services offered by all San Diego Career Centers, the East County Career Center has a number of unique features and programs. It offers a comprehensive, customer service training program, open to job seekers and employers.
Other services offered at the East County Career Center include:
- Comprehensive 5 day Job Search Workshop for adults 5 day Career Change Workshop including career testing and occupational research
- On-site computer lab offering daily no cost computer classes
- On-site registration for over 450 vocational training programs
- Immediate access to Employment Development Department/CalJOBS an Internet-based job listing system
- Business Connection - Job seekers meet with employers who are currently seeking qualified applicants for employment.
- On-site classes for GED preparation and academic subjects for adults
